1. Website Usage Terms

By accessing and using Guava Doll’s website, you agree to these terms and comply with local laws and regulations.

You may not use this site for illegal, infringing, or malicious activities. Content and images may not be copied or used without permission.

We reserve the right to cancel orders caused by system errors, price mistakes, or stock issues.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address, customs issues, or force majeure.

Guava Doll reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on the website.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellation

All products are custom-made to order, and are non-returnable / non-exchangeable for reasons such as personal preference, size misunderstanding, or image mismatch.

In case of defects, damage, or quality issues upon arrival, you may contact us within 7 days with photos or video.We will provide proper after-sales support and handling.

Order cancellation is only accepted BEFORE production starts. Full payment (minus payment processing fees) will be refunded.

Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be provided.

3. Shipping & Delivery

1. We ship worldwide to countries/regions with normal customs clearance. Remote areas may require additional confirmation.

2. All custom products are produced after the order is placed, and we ensure shipment within 90 days of confirming receipt of payment. We use discreet, privacy-focused packaging for all deliveries.

3. After shipping, standard delivery takes 7–20 days, but may be extended depending on international transport, customs, and local logistics. Holidays and restrictions may cause delays.

4. Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on country, weight, and shipping method.

5. Customs duties and clearance fees follow the regulations of the destination country. We will notify you if documents are required and assist with clearance.

6. A tracking number will be sent by email after shipping. Please contact support for logistics issues.
