1. Seller Information

This website (Guava Doll Official Store) is operated by the Guava Doll team, an original brand from China. We are fully responsible for product sales, order processing, production, and after-sales support, providing custom figure products to customers worldwide.

2. Price & Payment

1. Product prices are shown on each product page. Multiple currencies are supported (USD, EUR, JPY, KRW, etc.). The final amount is based on the checkout page with real-time exchange rates.

2. We accept international credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and other global payment methods. All payments are secured by third-party payment platforms.

3. Payment must be completed immediately after order submission. We will confirm the order and start production within 1–3 business days.

3. Order & Delivery

1. The order is confirmed once payment is completed. An order confirmation email will be sent with details and estimated production time.

2. All items are custom-made. Production requires 65–95 days after payment confirmation. Shipping time varies by country/region.

3. Order modifications (address, custom details) are only allowed BEFORE production starts. No changes can be made once production begins.
